CARSON, Calif. -- Jermaine Jones couldn't be happier to be part of the LA Galaxy.
Speaking to U.S. Soccer, Jones told the federation's official website that he was pleased to have signed with the Galaxy. Jones, 35, signed with the club on Wednesday and is currently with the U.S. National Team for their annual January Camp.
“I’m happy. I think it’s been a long road,” Jones told ussoccer.com. “I went to New England, then to Colorado, but I think everybody who knows me knew that I always wanted to go to LA where my kids and my wife are. It’s our home now, and it’s nice that I have the opportunity to be in LA.”
