LA Galaxy II forward Ariel Lassiter was named to USL Team of the Week for week seven after his late goal against Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 gave Los Dos their third consecutive victory.
Lassiter's finish came in impressive fashion in the 87th minute as the forward scooped up a turnover at midfield and then fired a long pass to Raul Mendiola, who found streaked up field before finding Lassiter waiting on the back post. The goal was Lassiter's team-leading third of the 2015 season.
