USMNT opponent Portugal announces their 30-man preliminary roster for the World Cup

The United States now have an idea who each of their Group G opponents are bringing to the 2014 FIFA World Cup.


Germany unveiled their preliminary squad last week, then on Monday after Ghana released their preliminary roster, and on Tuesday, Portugal released their own pre-World Cup squad.


The Portugal squad is headlined by Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo as well as his teammate Pepe, Monaco’s João Moutinho, Manchester United’s Nani, and Fenerbahçe’s Raul Meireles. Portugal are led by head coach Paulo Bento.
