LA Galaxy announce 2015 radio broadcast schedule

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, March 2, 2015) – The LA Galaxy announced today the team’s 2015 MLS Regular Season radio broadcast schedule, with the Galaxy’s new partner The Beast 980 broadcasting and streaming Galaxy matches in English and returning partner ESPN Deportes 1330 Los Angeles KWKW-AM broadcasting in Spanish.


The Beast 980 will stream all Galaxy games on the station’s mobile app in addition to a minimum of 20 games broadcast live on The Beast 980 AM, beginning this Friday, March 6 when the team faces the Chicago Fire at 7 p.m. PT. The Beast 980 mobile app is available for free download through Google Play and the App Store.


Joe Tutino will call the play-by-play on The Beast 980 for games not broadcasted on Time Warner Cable SportsNet for television. He will alternate with The Beast 980’s Fred Roggin, who is heard on The Beast from noon-3 p.m. on weekdays. In addition to live coverage of each game, The Beast 980’s coverage will include pre-game and post-game coverage on game days. Ralph Perez will be the broadcast’s leading analyst.


For ESPN Deportes 1330 Los Angeles KWKW-AM, hosts Rolando Gonzalez and Armando Aguayo return to the booth for live coverage of Galaxy games in the Spanish language. Gonzalez will handle play-by-play duties with and Armando Aguayo serving as lead analyst.


Season tickets for the 2015 MLS season are on sale now, starting as low as $19.50 per game.
