CARSON, Calif. -- Could Juninho be returning to Major League Soccer?

According to a report from Goal.com's Ives Galarcep, the former LA Galaxy midfielder is interested in a potential return to MLS. The Brazilian midfielder who played for the Galaxy from 2010 to 2015, winning three MLS Cups is reporting intrigued by a move back to the States after a year with Liga MX side Club Tijuana.

The 27-year-old has made 20 appearances, scoring one goal in two campaigns with the Xolos.

The Galaxy would not have the first choice at signing Juninho due to the club receiving a transfer fee when he joined Tijuana in late December. If the midfielder returned to MLS, he would go through the league's Allocation Order.
