CARSON, Calif. -- LA Galaxy II are going young -- very young for their match with Orange County SC on Saturday.
Mike Muñoz's team will start seven teenagers and three players at 20-years of age for their game with Orange County. Adding in Galaxy first team defender Bradley Diallo and the average age of the team is a whopping 19.
Four Galaxy academy players will start for Los Dos on Saturday: Ian Lonergan, Alex Juarez, Jorge Hernandez, and Jonathan Estrada.
Lonergan and Juarez started for Galaxy II earlier this year, while Hernandez and Estrada are making their first appearance on the starting XI for Los Dos.
