CARSON, Calif.— The LA Galaxy were ranked the highest among all Southern California sports teams in J.D. Power’s annual fan experience study of professional clubs in the region.
The Galaxy were awarded a five-star rating in terms of overall satisfaction by the marketing company, joining the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim as the only other team in the region to garner five stars. Teams were judged on seven criterions in the study: ticketing, game arrival, security/ushers, seating area and game experiences, food and beverage experience, souvenir and merchandise, and the experience leaving the game.
The Galaxy received five stars in the following categories: game arrival, security, in-game experience, and food and beverage, and departure experience. The team’s only four-star rating came in ticketing experience.
