REMINDER: LA Galaxy-Sporting Kansas City Match to Air on FOX Networks this Sunday, Sept. 24

The FOX broadcast network will feature the LA Galaxy’s match against Sporting Kansas City at Children’s Mercy Park Sunday, at 11 a.m. PT, with the match airing locally on KCOP in Los Angeles. The game was previously scheduled to air on ESPN at 10 a.m. PT. The change comes in conjunction with FOX broadcast network featuring two MLS matches airing live adjacent to regional National Football League broadcasts that day.

The matchup will be available in Los Angeles on KCOP and on FOX in select additional cities around the country. Those areas without the MLS match will receive a regional NFL broadcast at that time. Soccer fans in markets with the NFL game still have the opportunity to watch full coverage of the Sporting KC-Galaxy match live on FOX Sports GO.

Action continues as the Montreal Impact travels to Mercedes-Benz Stadium to face Atlanta United at 2:00 p.m. PT. Those areas not receiving the broadcast on television will receive a regional NFL broadcast at that time and can watch the full MLS match on FOX Sports GO. Both MLS matches will also be available in Spanish on FOX Deportes.

This is the second consecutive season FOX Sports showcases a joint MLS and NFL lineup, televising games from the two leagues on the same network at the same time. Originally scheduled kickoff times for the two matches have been updated to align with the FOX broadcast network lineup.

Similar to FOX’s process with regional NFL broadcasts, market assignments for the network’s coverage of the Sept. 24 MLS matches will be made public at a later date. When market assignments are announced, will provide a complete overview of the coverage for both the Sporting Kansas City-LA Galaxy and Atlanta United-Montreal Impact matches.

LA Galaxy single-game tickets for the remainder of the 2017 MLS season are available for purchase. Galaxy fans can go to or call 877.3GALAXY (342.5299) for information, purchasing, and special offers.
