The LA Galaxy Foundation, in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), unveiled a brand-new community soccer field in Watts at 109th Street Recreation Center on Wednesday, Oct. 11. The new turf mini-pitch will be opened in conjunction with the City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks, and LAPD Southeast Division and provide a safe place for the local Watts community to play soccer.
