LA Galaxy Academy stars Ulysses Llanez and Alex Mendez named to U.S. Under-20 camp in Spain

 CARSON, Calif. – LA Galaxy Academy stalwarts Ulysses Llanez and Alex Mendez have been named to the U.S. Under-20 roster for the team’s 12-day international training camp by U.S. U-20 boss Tab Ramos.


Ramos named the two Galaxy Academy attackers to his 25-player roster for the camp which runs from March 17 to March 28. The training camp will feature two games against France in Alicante on March 21 and 2. After seven days in Alcante, the U.S. squad will travel to Madrid where they will play the Atletico Madrid U-21 team.


Both Llanez and Mendez spent time with the LA Galaxy first team during the squad’s preseason.
