LA Galaxy II (0-2-2, 2 points) are scheduled for their first two-game week of the regular season, taking on Phoenix Rising FC (2-1-1, 7 points) at 7:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday, April 11 at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium before facing Saint Louis FC (1-1-2, 5 points) at 5:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, April 14 at Toyota Stadium in Fenton, Mo.
LA Galaxy II vs. Phoenix Rising FC
Los Dos will look to flip the script on their history with Phoenix Rising FC a season ago, losing the three contests scheduled between the two teams. Phoenix last visited StubHub Center in August, with Didier Drogba’s game-winning free kick earning three points for the away team.
As part of LA Galaxy II’s match against Phoenix, the club will host Wine Wednesday, presented by Barefoot Wine, at the newly upgraded StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium. $3 wine will be on offer in addition to $2 beer and $2 tacos. The first 500 fans out for the match will also receive a Los Dos T-Shirt.
With USL conference realignment this offseason, Saint Louis FC is back competing in the USL Western Conference. Galaxy II last took on STLFC on March 30, 2016 with a brace from Jack McBean helping Los Dos to victory on the day.
