LA Galaxy drop in rankings | Power Rankings presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment

CARSON, Calif. -- The LA Galaxy slipped in the MLS Power Rankings after picking up just a single point in a two-game week last week.

Los Angeles fell to FC Dallas at home last Wednesday and then earned a hard-fought road point against the Portland Timbers on the weekend.

The complete Power Rankings presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment are below:

"Finishing the week with a draw in Portland is a solid boost for the Galaxy, who continue to struggle badly at home. An Open Cup match midweek against a PDL side could be a good way to lift spirits for Sigi Schmid's men, or if it's an upset … well, we'll see what happens!"

ESPN FC: 15th

"The Galaxy failed to build on a pair of wins against Montreal and San Jose with just a point from two games this week. Sigi Schmid's decision to start Chris Pontius over Zlatan Ibrahimovic with Ola Kamara away might say something about the state of things in Los Angeles."
