    • Mexico will face South Korea tomorrow as the favorites after a stunning triumph 1-0 against Germany. The Asian side was not as lucky in their first game, losing by one against Sweden. If South Korea fail to make an impact tomorrow, they face elimination, while Mexico secures a spot in the knockout round for the sixth consecutive time since 1994. Korea face a daunting task as Mexico has won all three of their World Cup matches against Asian opposition.

    • After experiencing a humiliating loss against Mexico, Germany must defeat Sweden tomorrow in order to avoid elimination. A win for Sweden, on the other hand, would secure the nation a spot in the knockout stage as they defeated South Korea 1-0 in their opening match. Though Sweden enter the match as favorites, they remain without a win against Germany in their last 11 confrontations.
