Efrain Alvarez was named to USL Team of the Week for the third time this season after a sensational performance against Seattle Sounders FC 2 on July 1.
Alvarez recorded two goals in the match, helping Los Dos secure a 5-3 victory over Seattle Sounders FC 2. He has scored eight goals for Galaxy II in seven appearances. Next up, LA Galaxy II are on the road to face derby rivals Orange County SC in Irvine, Calif.
