LOS ANGELES (Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023) – Playing their 12th match at home during the 2023 MLS NEXT Pro Regular Season, LA Galaxy II fell 5-1 to Sporting KC II at Dignity Health Sports Park on Sunday night.  In their next match, LA Galaxy II play host to LAFC2 at Dignity Health Sports Park’s Track & Field Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 9 (7:30 p.m. PT; MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.)**

LA Galaxy Academy**
Seven LA Galaxy Academy Products started in the match against Sporting KC II: Carson Klein, Marcus Ferkranus, Ascel Essengue, Matteo Carbone, Adam Saldaña, Adrián González and Juan Calderón. Five LA Galaxy Academy products appeared off the bench in the match against Sporting: Julian Placias, Nico Schelotto and Diego Rodriguez.
