LA Galaxy II will kick off the 2016 USL Regular Season this Saturday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m. PT at StubHub Center when they face Arizona United SC. The LA Galaxy defeated the San Jose Earthquakes 3-1 in the California Clásico Saturday night at StubHub Center behind two goals from Gyasi Zardes and one from Robbie Keane. On the season, the Galaxy are now 2-1-0 with six points. In their next match, the Galaxy will travel to Canada to face Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday, April 2.
Saturday’s opening match for LA Galaxy II will take place at StubHub Center. All other remaining Los Dos matches in 2016 will be held at StubHub Center’s Track & Field Stadium. Free parking, $2 beer and tacos will be available for fans in attendance Saturday.
LA Galaxy II kick off the 2016 USL Regular Season Saturday against Western Conference counterparts Arizona United SC. During the 2016 preseason, Galaxy II participated in nine exhibitions matches. The team finished preseason with a 6-1-2 record after a 4-2 win over the Colorado Springs Switchbacks on Saturday, the team's first match against a professional team in 2016. Forward Jack McBean secured a brace in the match, bringing his preseason goal total to nine.
