DANIEL STERES vs. D.C. UNITED

Daniel Steres scored his first career goal with the Galaxy on March 6 when the former Los Dos captain nodded home a Mike Magee corner that started Los Angeles’ comeback in their 3-1 win over D.C. United.

MIKE MAGEE vs. D.C. UNITED

Mike Magee welcomed himself back to Los Angeles with his lovely chip against United that saw the veteran striker bring down a Sebastian Lletget cross with his left foot and then place it back on his right for the cool finish that sent StubHub Center into bedlam.

JACK MCBEAN vs. COLORADO SPRINGS SWITCHBACKS

The legend of “McBeast” began on March 19 when the 21-year-old Los Dos striker muscled past a clingy Colorado Springs Switchbacks defender and scored a left-footed rocket that found the top corner of the net.

GYASI ZARDES vs. SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES

Everyone played a role in Gyasi Zardes’ opener against the San Jose Earthquakes. Robbie Keane’s clever back heel to Mike Magee opened up play before Magee found the head of Jelle Van Damme, who nodded it down for Zardes, who poked the ball home from close range.

ARIEL LASSITER vs. ARIZONA UNITED SC

Ariel Lassiter has terrorized USL defenses throughout the past year and showed off his flair once again with his first of two goals of 2016 against Arizona United. Rafael Garcia launched a looping ball over the top to free up Lassiter, who got to the ball on the run and then delivered a right-footed shot past the goalkeeper.
