PALO ALTO, Calif. – LA Galaxy defender Josh Turnley has been loaned up to the LA Galaxy and will be available for selection for Saturday's California Clásico against the San Jose Earthquakes (7:30 p.m. PT, Univision).
Turnley has made five appearances for Los Dos this season after playing in 26 matches a year ago. The 23-year-old made his first team debut on Wednesday, in the Galaxy's 2-0 U.S. Open Cup win over Sacramento Republic FC.
Turnley was drafted in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft by Los Angeles. The outside back spent four seasons with the Hoyas appearing in 61 total matches.
