Manchester City announce traveling roster ahead of trip to Los Angeles

Manchester City F.C. has announced the traveling roster for their summer tour in the United States ahead of the 2017 International Champions Cup presented by Heineken®. The club’s traveling squad features stars including Argentine goalscorer Sergio Agüero, creative Spanish midfielder David Silva, and young stars Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus.


Led by Manager Pep Guardiola, Manchester City F.C. will kick off their 2017 International Champions Cup presented by Heineken® against Manchester United F.C. in the first-ever Manchester Derby held outside of the United Kingdom. That match will take place at NRG Stadium in Houston on July 20. They will then meet Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid CF on July 26 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum before wrapping up the ICC against English rival Tottenham Hotspur F.C. at Nissan Stadium in Nashville on July 29.


Manchester City F.C. returns to the International Champions Cup for the fourth time after spending 2015 and 2016 in the Australian and Chinese legs of the tournament respectively.
