LA Galaxy prepare to face Minnesota United | Weekly Schedule

LOS ANGELES (Monday, Oct. 15, 2018) – The LA Galaxy (12-11-9, 45 points) hit the road to face Minnesota United FC (11-18-3, 36 points) at 2 p.m. PT on Sunday, Oct. 21 at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. The match will be broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.


With two games left in the 2018 MLS Regular Season, the LA Galaxy sit in 7th place in the Western Conference standings. The Galaxy are one point away from playoff contention, with Real Salt Lake currently in 6th with 46 points.


During their last match before international break, the Galaxy inched closer to securing a playoff spot after earning a result against Sporting KC. In the match, Zlatan Ibrahimović scored a penalty kick in the 25th minute to give the Galaxy the lead. David Bingham made eight saves in the match, tying his career-high, to help Galaxy secure the result.


After this weekend’s away game against Minnesota United FC, the LA Galaxy will return to StubHub Center for a home finale against Houston Dynamo on Oct. 28.
