This season, the LA Galaxy and Dignity Health are teaming up to honor Healthcare heroes for the 2020 Galaxy season. During a pandemic and overwhelming year, Dignity Health employees have been on the front lines protecting our Los Angeles Community. The Galaxy are honored to be partnered with Dignity Health and grateful for all of our healthcare heroes.
Tonight's Dignity Health Hero of the Game is Laura Kenegos.
Kenegos, RN, is one of the Charge nurses in the ICU. Every day she assists with the sickest patients, helping the nurses, supporting the patients’ families and doing her best to provide compassionate care. Laura gives everything to the ICU and even worked on her birthday. She is one of the many wonderful nurses at Glendale Memorial who exemplifies the phrase, “Hello, Humankindness”.
