LA Galaxy II's Jack McBean named to USL Team of the Week

LA Galaxy II forward and captain Jack McBean was voted to USL's Team of the Week for scoring three goals during Week 2.

McBean netted two goals in Los Dos' 3-0 midweek win over Saint Louis FC and converted a penalty kick to complete a three-goal comeback in Galaxy II's 3-3 draw with Real Monarchs SLC.

With three goals on the year, McBean is already halfway to his 2015 season total of six. Los Dos' 2-0-1 record puts them atop USL standings and they are one of only four teams to have two wins in the USL.

Galaxy II return to action this week on Friday, April 8 against Southern California rival Orange County Blues FC at StubHub Center. Kickoff is at 7:30. Fans attending the game will be treated to free parking, $2 beer, $2 tacos and an LA Galaxy car magnet. Tickets, starting at $10, are available for purchase at //www.lagalaxy.com/schedule/2.
