Beckett Westbay is our Youth Player of the Match for April 27 against the Portland Timbers. His story is a true testament to the power of hard work, potential, and opportunity. Identified through our Youth Camps and the Galaxy Discovery Program (GDP) led by Wes Meadows, Beckett has quickly made a name for himself on and off the field, and we’re proud to announce that he is now officially signed with the LA Galaxy Academy.
From his very first session at camp, Beckett stood out, not just for his technical ability and game IQ, but for his leadership, work ethic, and eagerness to learn. His standout performances during our GDP sessions caught the attention of Academy scouts, and after continued evaluation, Beckett earned his spot among the group. Now, he will train alongside some of the brightest young prospects in the region, fully committed to growing within our system.
