For Wednesday's match against FC Dallas, the StubHub Center chefs are cookin’ up a Texas-inspired Smoked Brisket Taco that features BBQ brisket, scallion slaw and fried onion straws.
The LA Galaxy Taco of the Match recipes were created and will be prepared by Chef Ross Luciano of Levy Restaurants. The LA Galaxy Taco of the Match will be available before and during each Galaxy home game at Stand 13, La Taqueria, at Stub Hub Center.
