Giovani dos Santos will not be representing Mexico at the 2016 Copa America Centenario.
Mexico head coach Juan Carlos Osorio omitted the LA Galaxy forward from his 23-man roster for this summer’s Copa America Centenario. The 27-year-old Mexican international has not appeared for El Tri since their participation in the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Dos Santos has scored five goals and five assists in seven games for the Galaxy this season.
