CARSON, Calif. – The LA Galaxy will be without Jermaine Jones for nearly a month.

The Galaxy revealed on Monday that Jones suffered a grade 2 MCL sprain in his right knee during the first half of the team’s 2-2 draw with the Chicago Fire and will be out for three to four weeks. Jones picked up the injury in the 42nd minute of the first half which resulted in Joao Pedro and Baggio Husidic filling in for the U.S. international in the center of the park.

Los Angeles return to action on Sunday when they head to Red Bull Arena to face off against the New York Red Bulls.
