CARSON, Calif. (Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014) – The LA Galaxy have advanced to the 2014 Western Conference Championship in the MLS Cup Playoffs after defeating Real Salt Lake in the Western Conference Semifinals by an aggregate score of 5-0.

The Galaxy will play the first leg of the Conference Championship Sunday, Nov. 23 and the second leg Nov. 28 or 29 with the time, opponent and location finalized following Monday’s matchup between No. 1 seed Seattle Sounders FC and No. 4 seed FC Dallas.
Since the start of the 2009 season, the Galaxy have hosted 13 playoff games in Carson, including MLS Cup 2011 and 2012. In those 13 games, the Galaxy are 11-2-0 and 27-5-1 all-time in home playoff games.
