Robbie Keane has been nominated for the Best MLS Player of the Year Award at the 2015 ESPYs.
Keane figures to be a favorite for the award after enjoying a banner 2014 season that saw the Irishman win the 2014 MLS Most Valuable Player award and the 2014 MLS Cup Most Valuable Player honor while leading the Galaxy to their fifth MLS Cup title. This season, Keane has notched three goals and four assists for a suddenly resurgant Galaxy side.
Also nominated alongside Keane is Seattle Sounders FC forward Obafemi Martins, 2014 MLS Golden Boot winner Bradley Wright-Phillips and New England Revolution midfielder Lee Nguyen.
