The polls close tonight for the LA Galaxy’s Goal of the Month presented by 76 for the month of March.
Dave Romney, Ema Boateng, and Galaxy II striker Ethan Zubak are nominated for the award which will be given to the best strike each month.
Giovani dos Santos took home the 2016 LA Galaxy Goal of the Year honor last season.

DAVE ROMNEY vs. Real Salt Lake
Dave Romney believes in #BangersOnly, and that comes through clear on his first MLS goal. Romney scored a rocket during the Galaxy’s 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake. In the 69th minute, Romney smashed a Romain Alessandrini cross on the full volley and beat Nick Rimando to put the Galaxy level with Salt Lake.
EMA BOATENG vs. Real Salt Lake
Move over Dell Loy Hansen; Ema Boateng is the true owner of Real Salt Lake after scoring his fifth goal in four appearances against the Utah-based club on March 18. Boateng gave the Galaxy a 2-1 win over Salt Lake in the 74th minute when Romain Alessandrini used a little bit of industry and guts to send a cross to Boateng who scored from close range.
ETHAN ZUBAK vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2
Ethan Zubak helped start Mike Munoz’s tenure with LA Galaxy II on the right foot with his finish in Los Dos’ 2-0 victory over Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2. The finish came in the 67th minute when Bradford Jamieson IV beat a defender and then launched a pass to a lurking Zubak for the finish.
