In the first MLS regular-season meeting between LA and Charlotte, the Galaxy earned a 1-0 victory on the road before a then MLS record attendance of 74,479 fans at Bank of America Stadium on March 5, 2022. In the last meeting between the two teams, LA fell 1-0 to Charlotte at Dignity Health Sports Park on May 27, 2023.
