  • Calegari makes his 10th consecutive start for LA across all competitions in the match against Crew SC.
  • Making his first start of the 2023 campaign is Eriq Zavaleta, who has tallied two goals and one assist in 147 career MLS regular season appearances (112 starts).
  • Nineteen-year-old LA Galaxy Academy product Jalen Neal makes his 10th regular-season start of the 2023 MLS Regular Season in the match against Columbus. Amongst all MLS players that have completed a minimum of 400 passes, Jalen Neal leads the league in passing accuracy (94.34%).
  • Argentine youth international defender Julián Aude, who recorded his first career goal in the 3-1 win over Seattle Sounders FC in the Round of 32 of the U.S. Open Cup on May 10, makes his fifth consecutive league start for LA in the match against Crew SC.
  • Making his 12th start across all competitions for LA this season is Riqui Puig, who was named to the MLS Team of the Matchday for Matchday 12 for his performance in the 2-1 win over San Jose on May 14.
  • Uri Rosell, who has made four appearances for the Galaxy, makes his second start of the league campaign in the match against Columbus.
  • Daniel Aguirre, who has made eight appearances in league play this year, earns his first start of the 2023 MLS Regular Season. The Redwood City, Calif., native has recorded one goal and one assist in his three career MLS starts for the Galaxy.
  • In his second season with the club, Raheem Edwards gets the start out wide for the Galaxy. Edwards recorded one goal and seven assists in 35 games played (32 starts) across all competitions for the Galaxy last year.
  • Efraín Álvarez, who has tallied one assist in six league appearances (3 starts) this season, gets the start on the wing for LA in the match against Columbus.
  • After scoring the game-winning goal against San Jose on May 14, Dejan Joveljić, who has tallied two goals and one assist in league play for LA this year, gets the start up top against Columbus Crew SC.
