- JT Marcinkowski, 28, makes his LA Galaxy debut in tonight’s match against Colorado.Marcinkowski, who missed the 2024 season due to injury, made 96 appearances (95 starts) across all competitions in five seasons played with the San Jose Earthquakes (2018-24). During the 2023 MLS Regular Season, Marcinkowski posted four shutouts and held a 1.22 goals-against average in 13 appearances (12 starts) for San Jose. Marcinkowski has previously been called up by the U.S. Men’s National Team for a training camp and was on the bench in an international friendly against El Salvador on Dec. 9, 2020.
- Japanese International defender Miki Yamane, 31, who has tallied three assists in 28 appearances (23 starts) across all competitions during the 2025 campaign, starts at right back in tonight’s match against the Rapids. Yamane, who tallied an assist against Club Tijuana on July 31, has registered 11 assists in 69 career appearances (64 starts) across all competitions in two seasons played with the Galaxy (2024-Present). Yamane recorded an assist in the Galaxy’s 5-0 win over Colorado in the Round One Best-of-3 Series opener of the 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs at Dignity Heath Sports Park on Nov. 1, 2024.
- On a short-term agreement from MLS NEXT Pro affiliate Ventura County FC, Chris Rindov, 23, makes his LA Galaxy debut in tonight’s match against the Colorado Rapids.Rindov has recorded one goal in 21 appearances (21 starts) across all competitions for VCFC during the 2025 campaign. The Silver Spring, Md., native signed with VCFC in 2025 after spending two seasons with Sporting Kansas City (2023-24), where he logged one career appearance, and recorded one goal and one assist in 48 matches played (43 starts) across all competitions for Sporting KC II. Sporting Kansas City signed Rindov ahead of the 2023 season after selecting the defender in the Second Round (37th overall) of the 2023 MLS SuperDraft out of the University of Maryland,
- Danish defender Zanka, 35, makes his 24th career appearance (21st start) across all competitions for the LA Galaxy in tonight’s match against the Rapids. Zanka tallied the game-tying assist in LA's 1-1 draw against the Timbers at Providence Park on March 16. In 37 career appearances (22 starts) for the Denmark Men’s National Team, Zanka recorded two goals.
- John Nelson, 27, who has tallied two assists in 29 appearances (19 starts) across all competitions this season for LA, starts at left back in the match against the Rapids. The Medina, Ohio, native has logged one goal and five assists in 59 matches played (38 starts) across all competitions in two seasons with the LA Galaxy. In his last match played against Colorado at Dignity Health Sports Park, Nelson recorded his first career MLS goal (Regular Season or Playoffs) and an assist in LA’s 5-0 win over the Colorado Rapids in the Round One Best-of-3 Series opener of the 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs on Oct. 26, 2024.
- Edwin Cerrillo, who has tallied one assist in 32 matches played (32 starts) across all competitions during the 2025 campaign, starts as the holding midfielder against Colorado. Cerrillo, 24, has registered one goal and five assists in 84 career matches played (73 starts) across all competitions with the LA Galaxy (2023 - Present). Cerrillo has tallied one goal and eight assists in 155 career MLS regular season matches played (119 starts). In four matches played across all competitions against Colorado during the 2024 campaign, Cerrillo recorded two assists.
- Midfielder Elijah Wynder, 22, makes his fifth career start (14th appearance) across all competitions this season for the Galaxy in tonight's match against the Colorado Rapids. Wynder notched his first career MLS assist against Vancouver on March 2. During the 2024 USL Championship Regular Season, Wynder recorded six goals and two assists in 33 matches played (32 starts), en route to being named the 2024 USL Championship Young Player of the Year, earning USL Championship All-League Second Team honors and helping Louisville City capture the club’s first-ever USL Championship Players’ Shield.
- Uruguayan midfielder Lucas Sanabria, 21, makes his 23rd appearance (13th start) across all competitions during the 2025 campaign in the match against the Rapids. Notably, Sanabria notched his first career goal for the LA Galaxy in the 2-0 win over Real Salt Lake on May 31. Sanabria recorded five goals and four assists in 46 matches played (41 starts) across all competitions (Campeonato Uruguayo Clausura & Apertura, Copa AUF Uruguay, Copa Libertadores, Torneo Intermedio) for Club Nacional de Football (2024). At the international level, Sanabria was called up to the Uruguayan National Team for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifying for matches against Peru on Oct. 11 and Ecuador on Oct. 15, 2024
- Eighteen-year-old LA Galaxy Academy product Harbor Miller, who has recorded one assist in six matches played (5 starts) across all competitions for the Galaxy during the 2025 campaign, starts on the left flank in tonight's match against the Rapids. Miller is a U.S. Youth International (U-15, U-17, U-18, U-19), and has recorded eight goal contributions (4 goals, 4 assists) in 15 appearances (15 starts) on loan with Ventura County FC during the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Regular Season. With his assist against Herediano on March 12, Miller (17 years, 264 days) became the youngest player to record a goal contribution in Concacaf Champions Cup action for an MLS team since Alphonso Davies (16 years, 120 days) accomplished the feat for Vancouver in 2017.
- Tucker Lepley, 23, makes his sixth career start (12th appearance) across all competitions for the LA Galaxy in tonight’s match against the Rapids. Lepley tallied one goal and two assists in 19 appearances (19 starts) for Ventura County FC during the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro Regular Season. Lepley was selected by the Galaxy in the third round (No. 62 overall) of the 2024 MLS SuperDraft after recording 11 goals and 10 assists in 45 games played (41 starts) across a three-year career at UCLA (2021-23). Lepley has made nine appearances (4 starts) for LA during the 2025 MLS Regular Season.
- Miguel Berry, 27, makes his appearance or start for LA in tonight’s match against Colorado since starting and playing 45 minutes against the New York Red Bulls on May 10. The Barcelona, Spain, native has notched one goal and two assists in 13 matches played (5 starts) across all competitions for the Galaxy during the 2025 campaign. Berry has recorded nine goal contributions (4 goals, 5 assists) in 48 matches played (11 starts) across all competitions in two seasons played with LA (2024-Present).
