  • Serbian goalkeeper Novak Mićović, 23, makes his 11th start of the 2025 MLS Regular Season in tonight's match against D.C. United. Mićović, who holds a 1.60 goals-against average this season, recorded one save and notched his second shutout of the 2025 campaign in LA's 3-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on July 4. Mićović made four starts across all competitions during the 2024 campaign, posting one shutout and a 1.25 goals-against average.
  • Japanese International defender Miki Yamane, who has tallied two assists in 18 appearances (16 starts) during the 2025 MLS Regular Season, starts at right back in tonight’s match against D.C. Yamane has​ registered 10 assists in 61 appearances (58 starts) across all competitions in two seasons played with the Galaxy (2024-Present).
  • Colombian defender Emiro Garcés, 23, who has tallied two goals and one assist in 22 appearances (17 starts) across all competitions for the Galaxy during the 2025 campaign, starts in defense in tonight's match against D.C. United. Garcés has recorded two goals and three assists in 37 career appearances (28 starts) across all competitions for the LA Galaxy (2024-Present).
  • Maya Yoshida, who has recorded three goals and three assists in 74 appearances (72 starts) across all competitions in three seasons with the Galaxy (2023-Present), captains LA in tonight’s match. Notably, Yoshida played in three FIFA World Cups (2014, 2018, 2022) for the Japanese National Team. Yoshida was the only player on the Galaxy roster to appear in every MLS match (Regular Season & Playoffs) during the 2024 season. Yoshida has made 21 appearances (19 starts) across all competitions for the Galaxy during the 2025 campaign.
  • Julián Aude, who has made tallied one goal in 23 appearances (9 starts) across all competitions during the 2025 campaign, makes his third consecutive start for the Galaxy in tonight’s match against D.C. United. Aude, 22, has recorded three goals and three assists in 76 matches played (48 starts) across all competitions in three seasons played with LA (2023-Present).
  • Edwin Cerrillo, who has tallied one assist in 19 matches played (19 starts) during the 2025 MLS Regular Season, starts in midfield against D.C. United.   • Diego Fagundez, who recorded a goal against San Diego FC on May 24, starts in midfield in tonight's match against D.C. United. Fagundez has tallied 76 goals and 76 assists in 412 career MLS regular-season games played (305 starts), and is the eighth player in MLS history to record at least 75 career goals and 75 assists in regular season play. Fagundez has recorded three goals in 18 matches played (17 starts) during the 2025 MLS Regular Season. Fagundez has recorded three goals and five assists in 19 career matches played against D.C. United.
  • 2024 MLS Newcomer of the Year Gabriel Pec, 24, who finished the 2024 MLS Regular Season with 30 goal contributions (16 goals, 14 assists) in 33 appearances (30 starts), starts on the right wing against D.C. Pec has totaled 45 goal contributions (25 goals, 20 assists) in 63 appearances (60 starts) across all competitions in two seasons with the LA Galaxy (2024 - Present). Pec, who tallied an assist in the 3-0 win over Vancouver, has recorded four goals and three assists in 22 matches played (22 starts) across all competitions during the 2025 campaign.
  • Marco Reus, who tallied an assist in the 3-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on July 4, starts in midfield in tonight’s match against D.C. United. Reus has registered 15 goal contributions (5 goals, 10 assists) in 21 career regular season matches played (16 starts) for LA (2024-Present). Notably, Reus has recorded 11 goal contributions (4 goals, 7 assists; 1.17 goals & assists per 90 min. played) in his last 11 matches played for the Galaxy dating back to April 27.
  • Ghanaian international forward Joseph Paintsil, who has recorded 31 goal contributions (19 goals, 12 assists) in 53 career matches played (50 starts) across all competitions for LA, starts on the left wing against D.C. Paintsil has notched three goals in his last two matches played at Dignity Health Sports Park dating back to May 31. Paintsil has totaled 22 goal contributions (13 goals, 9 assists) in 26 career matches played across all competitions at Dignity Health Sports Park.
  • Brazilian youth international forward Matheus Nascimento, 21, makes his seventh consecutive start for the LA Galaxy in tonight’s match against D.C. The Niterói, Brazil native has notched two goals and two assists in 14 appearances (6 starts) for the Galaxy during the 2025 MLS Regular Season. Nascimento joined LA as a U22 Initiative Player on loan from Brazilian Série A side Botafogo on Feb. 19, 2025. Notably, Nascimento is the youngest player (16 years old) in club history to make their debut for Botafogo. Nascimento notched 12 goals and 7 assists in 98 appearances (55 starts) across all competitions in six seasons played with Botafogo (2020-25). At the international level, Nascimento has made multiple appearances for Brazil at the U-16, U-17, U-18, U-20 and U-23 age groups. The forward was part of the Brazilian National Team side that won the 2023 Pan American Games gold medal after defeating Chile in penalties on Nov. 4, 2023.
