CARSON, Calif. – Steven Gerrard took part in full training on Friday ahead of the LA Galaxy’s match with the New England Revolution this weekend.
The 35-year-old central midfielder has been limited in training due to a groin injury suffered last week, but head coach Bruce Arena told reporters on Friday that the Englishman has returned to full participation.
“Gerrard trained well today, we’ll see how he feels tomorrow,” Arena told reporters.
Gerrard has tallied one goal and two assists in five games played this season.
