Vote now for the LA Galaxy Goal of the Year Competition
Robbie Rogers scored one of the great team goals of the LA Galaxy season during a May draw with the Philadelphia Union.
The goal came in the 15th minute of the Galaxy’s 2-2 draw with the Union. Robbie Keane sparked the play with a pinpoint pass to Giovani dos Santos, who held up the ball with two expert touches before finding a sprinting Robbie Rogers with a deft back heel.
Rogers finished the play from there with a curling left-footed shot.
