- Egypt, known as the Pharaohs, will be looking to win their first World Cup match as they face Latin American giants, Uruguay. Mohamed Salah, Egypt’s star player, has been given the green light to take on Luis Suarez, and the rest of the Uruguayan team, in what will be a brilliant clash of passionate football.

- Morocco vs Iran (Group B)

- FOX / Telemundo
- Morocco and Iran will play each other for the first time in World Cup history. Morocco currently holds an 18-game winning streak, while Iran kept nine straight clean sheets in the AFC qualification. Though both teams boast a strong defensive record, each side faces unknown terrain as they perform without their star players due to injuries and suspensions.
11 AM
- Portugal vs Spain (Group B)
- Fisht Stadium, Sochi
- FOX / Telemundo
- Two European giants face each other for one of the most anticipated games in the World Cup. The Spanish side will start the tournament with a new coach Fernando Hierro, after firing Julen Lopetegui two days before their first match. Spain’s sudden change, however, will not make the match any easier for Cristiano Ronaldo, who will face six of his Real Madrid teammates.
