CARSON, Calif. (Friday, July 15, 2011) – Fans wishing to purchase tickets for this Saturday’s game between the LA Galaxy and Real Madrid at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum can still do so starting at $50. The game, which will kick off at 7 p.m. PT, is part of the Herbalife World Football Challenge and will feature international soccer superstars like David Beckham, Iker Casillas, Landon Donovan and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Fans wishing to purchase tickets can do so by visiting www.lagalaxy.com/worldfootballchallenge, as well as www.ticketmaster.com and through all Ticketmaster outlets. In addition, tickets can be purchased today at the L.A. Sports Arena box office and on the day of the game at the Coliseum box offices, any time prior to kick off. Box office locations outside the Coliseum are located near near gate #4 on the southeast corner or the stadium and near gate #19 on the northwest corner.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic that might be caused by the large anticipated crowd or the 10-mile closure of the I-405 Freeway. In an effort to help those attending the game, the Galaxy has created a web page designed to help find the easiest route to the Coliseum. To access the LA Galaxy vs. Real Madrid Traffic Advisory web page, featuring directions to the stadium, details about public transportation options, and a list of local hotels, as well as stadium and parking information for the Coliseum, including a full schedule for World Football Challenge Fan Zone, which will have food, interactive activities and live music beginning at 3 p.m., please click here.
