Various members of the LA Galaxy are participating this month in MLS WORKS’ Soccer Kicks Cancer’s Movember 2014 campaign by growing mustaches in support of the Movember Foundation’s cancer-awareness campaign.
Participating LA Galaxy players are Omar Gonzalez, Tommy Meyer, Todd Dunivant, Dan Gargan, Alan Gordon, Stefan Ishizaki, James Riley, Baggio Husidic and Marcelo Sarvas.
This week, fans can go to the LA Galaxy page here to donate to the cause. Later this month, fans can donate to their favorite Galaxy players in an effort to raise money for the Movember Foundation.
The Movember Foundation is the leading global organization committed to changing the face of men’s health by challenging men to grow moustaches during “Movember” to spark conversation and raise funds for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health problems.
