The LA Galaxy announced today the signing of Belgian defender Jelle Van Damme. Van Damme joins LA from Standard Liege, where he made over 200 appearances with the club since 2011.
Van Damme wasted no time taking to his Instagram account where he expressed his excitement over joining the Galaxy, stating, "Very Proud to defend the colors and the pride of my new club!!!! Can't wait to play for this club."
