CARSON, Calif. – The LA Galaxy will be without Baggio Husidic for at least six to eight weeks after the midfielder fractured his left fibula on Sunday.

Husidic was forced to exit the Galaxy’s 2-1 victory over Minnesota United in the eighth minute after suffering the injury attempting to make a tackle. The midfielder will undergo a procedure soon to repair the injury and could be eligible to return sometime during the summer.

The 30-year-old midfielder has made eight appearances with five starts for the team this season.
