CARSON, Calif. – Vancouver Whitecaps FC defeated the LA Galaxy, 2-0 in a closed-door scrimmage at the StubHub Center Track and Field Stadium on Wednesday.
Anthony Blondell and Kei Kamara scored for the Canadian side who gave the Galaxy their second straight defeat of the preseason. Sigi Schmid opted for a reserve-laden lineup for the better part of the first hour of the contest before bringing on his first choice squad for the final 30 minutes.

The Galaxy close the 2018 preseason on Saturday when they host Vancouver at StubHub Center.
