LA Galaxy general manager Dennis te Kloese issued the following statement on Saturday regarding former Galaxy player Giovani dos Santos signing for Club América:
“We worked closely with Giovani to find a new club that will be a good destination for him both on and off the field. We thank Giovani for his contributions to the LA Galaxy and we wish him the best of luck with Club América.”
