LA Galaxy train ahead of bye week before 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs | Weekly Schedule

LOS ANGELES (Monday, Oct. 7, 2019) – The LA Galaxy concluded the 2019 MLS Regular Season on Sunday on the road against the Houston Dynamo and will train this week at Dignity Health Sports Park ahead of their first Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoff contest set for Oct. 20.


The LA Galaxy will travel to Allianz Field for a match against Minnesota United in Round One of the Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 5:30 p.m. PT in a game broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.


Following the conclusion of the 2019 MLS Regular Season, the LA Galaxy earned the No. 5 seed in the MLS Western Conference standings and will face No. 4 seed Minnesota United FC in postseason play. The winner will advance to the MLS Western Conference Semifinals with a contest at LAFC on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. PT on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.


In 24 seasons, this is the 19th time in club history that the LA Galaxy will take part in postseason play. In all, the club holds a 44-22-7 playoff record with an MLS best five MLS Cup victories. Their 44 playoff wins are the most of any team in MLS.
