Ahead of the 2020 MLS Season, the LA Galaxy has created a safe-standing supporters' section in Dignity Health Sports Park's North end as part of the club's dedication to enhance the fan and supporter experience.
LA Galaxy supporter groups, including Angel City Brigade, Galaxians, and the Galaxy Outlawz named the new safe-standing supporters’ section, Victoria Block. The remodeled area pays homage to the bordering Victoria Street on the north side of Dignity Health Sports Park.
To celebrate the opening of the Victoria Block, the LA Galaxy hosted a Block Party on Saturday, February 8. The event included a first team training allowing fans the opportunity to get a first glance of the 2020 LA Galaxy. Fans also enjoyed a post-training gathering with players, coaches and club alumni.
Victoria Block will consist of what is currently sections 120-123. The LA Galaxy also recently added dedicated supporters’ tailgate areas just outside the North end of Dignity Health Sports Park.
