The LA Galaxy Academy is taking part in the MLS NEXT Cup Playoffs in the U15, U16, and U19 competitions. Follow along here for updates throughout the competitions.

The U19's completed the three-peat as the Galaxy won 3-1 over Cedar Stars Academy Bergen behind goals by Christian Coreas, Dylan Vanney, and Kai Aina.
In the semifinals, Eric Preston and Pepe Magana fired the Galaxy to their third straight MLS NEXT Cup Final in a 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake.
The U19s advanced to the semifnals with an emphatic 5-1 win over LAFC thanks to a Dylan Vanney brace and goals from Christian Coreas, Gabriel Arnold, and Kai Aina. Next up, the Galaxy will take on the Philadelphia Union on Friday, June 20.
The U15s' run in the tournament came to an end on June 17 as they were knocked out by St. Louis CITY SC 4-2, with Alessio Benedetti and Daniel Diaz scoring for the Galaxy.
On June 16, the LA Galaxy U19s defeated FC Dallas 3-0 to advance to the quarterfinals where they will face LAFC. Carson Sagely scored twice and Christian Coreas found the net once in the victory over Dallas.
In the U15s' second match, the Galaxy defeated DC United 3-1 with Chidebe scoring his third goal of the tournament, while Nicolas Ortega grabbed his second and Alessio Benedetti notched his first goal of the playoffs.
The U19s defeated Weston FC 3-0 with goals from Johnny Gonzalez, Ryan Hartley, and Carson Sagely on June 15 to begin their postseason run.
The U16s narrowly lost to the Columbus Crew in penalties 5-4 after a 1-1 result in regular time on Saturday, June 14.
The U15s opened up the tournament with a 5-0 win over Real Colorado on June 14. Ikenna Chidebe bagged a brace for the Galaxy while Roberto Hernandez, Nicolas Ortega, and Hezeki Tennyson each scored one goal in the victory.
