- LA win vs. Minnesota United FC OR
- LA tie vs. Minnesota United FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC lose vs. Seattle Sounders FC and Real Salt Lake lose or tie vs. Sporting Kansas City OR
- LA tie vs. Minnesota United FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC lose vs. Seattle Sounders FC and LAFC lose or tie vs. Colorado Rapids OR
- Real Salt Lake lose or tie vs. Sporting Kansas City and LAFC lose or tie vs. Colorado Rapids
