The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found LA Galaxy forward Zlatan Ibrahimović in violation of the League’s policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. Ibrahimović has been issued an undisclosed fine for his actions in the 54th minute of the Galaxy’s match against Toronto FC on September 15.
