LOS ANGELES -- Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been named to MLS Team of the Week after scoring a goal and tallying an assist in the team's 4-3 loss to Seattle Sounders FC.
Ibrahimovic scored his 23rd goal of the season in the loss, putting him one away from tying Carlos Ruiz's all-time single-season mark of 24 goals back in 2002. The Galaxy and Ibrahimovic return to action on Sept. 11 when they face Colorado Rapids.
