Julius Murphy, a native of Goldsboro, NC, is starting his first year as the Head Athletic Trainer for LA Galaxy II.
He previously worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at South Pasadena High School, here in Los Angeles, before joining the club in 2021 to work as an athletic trainer for the LA Galaxy Academy.
Murphy received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from St. Augustine’s University and Master's of Science in Athletic Training from University of Lynchburg.
