ELIGIBILITY: Wingstop Fan Sweepstakes Series (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of California, who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius from Carson, California (the “Territory”), and who are at least 18 years of age on the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Anschutz L.A. Soccer, Inc. a/k/a LA Galaxy (the “Sponsor”), Wingstop Restaurants Inc. (“Wingstop”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV,” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, the “MLS Entities”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside Territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 3, 2024 and ends at 12:00 p.m. PDT on June 30, 2024 (“Entry Period”) and shall consist of four (4) drawing periods as set forth below. During the Entry Period, there are three (3) ways to enter: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per family, per social media account, per e-mail address, and per household, as applicable, regardless of method of entry, during the entire Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person, family, social media account, e-mail address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. The Clock of the Sponsor will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes All information submitted will be subject to and used as provided in the in the MLS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which can be found by visiting https://www.mlssoccer.com/legal/terms-of-service and https://www.mlssoccer.com/legal/privacy-policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference).
- Facebook: During the Entry Period, LA Galaxy will post one (1) Facebook post per week for a total of four (4) Facebook posts during the Entry Period. Entrants must be logged on to Facebook.com/lagalaxy and follow the instructions provided in the post to fully complete and submit an entry. To enter, entrants must tag two (2) friends in the comments section of one (1) of the posts and follow both @LAGalaxy and @Wingstop. In order to enter the Sweepstakes through Facebook, entrants will need to be a registered user of Facebook. Registration is free and can be done by visiting http://facebook.com. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. If you choose to enter via Facebook using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing and plan details.
- Twitter: During the Entry Period, LA Galaxy will post one (1) Twitter post per week for a total of four (4) Twitter posts during the Entry Period. Entrants must be logged on to twitter.com/lagalaxy and follow the instructions provided in the post to fully complete and submit an entry. To enter, entrants must tag two (2) friends in the comments section of one (1) of the posts and follow both @LAGalaxy and @Wingstop. - Instagram: During the Entry Period, LA Galaxy will post one (1) Instagram post per week for a total of four (4) Instagram posts during the Entry Period. To enter, entrants must tag two (2) friends in the comments section of one (1) of the posts and follow both @LAGalaxy and @Wingstop. For an entrant’s submission to be eligible, the submission must be received by the applicable Entry Period Deadline.

WINNERS: There will be four (4) potential winners of the Sweepstakes (each a “Winner,” and collectively, the “Winners”) in all. One (1) Winner will be selected by random drawing on each of the four (4) Winner Drawing Dates as set forth above, from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor by the applicable Entry Period Deadline. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
PRIZES: There will be four (4) prizes available to be awarded (each a “Prize,” and collectively the “Prizes”). Each Winner will receive the following: (a) one (1) LA Galaxy team jersey signed by one or more member of the LA Galaxy as determined by Sponsor in its discretion; and (b) a $100.00 Wingstop gift card good at participating Wingstop restaurants (gift card restrictions may apply). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $350.00; total ARV of all Prizes: $1,400.00.
Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not otherwise specified herein as being provided by accepting the Prize is the sole responsibility of each Winner. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.
NOTIFICATION: Potential winners must continue to comply with the Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The Winners will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or Direct Message by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). In the event that any Winner does not respond to any such notification within two (2) business days of the date of issuance, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winners may be required to submit their valid identification to Sponsor and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within five (5) calendar days of date of issuance. A disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or Winners’ noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate Winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
Submission of an entry and participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission, but not the obligation, to the Sponsor, the MLS Entities, Wingstop and each of their respective designees, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to use entrant’s name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, email address, and/or Twitter, Instagram or Facebook handle during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and the MLS Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes. Participants also may opt-in to be added to Sponsor’s customer database and to permit Sponsor, the MLS Entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to contact participants in the future for promotional and other reasons. Participants may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in MLS’ Privacy Policy (located at https://www.mlssoccer.com/legal/privacy-policy) or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails). Participants understand that they are providing your information to Sponsor. The information participants provide to Sponsor will only be used in accordance with MLS’ Privacy Policy.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Wingstop, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., the MLS Entities, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, any Sweepstakes sponsors, and each of its and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities, or the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by participants in connection with the Sweepstakes; any non-compliance by participants with these Official Rules; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Official Rules arising from or related to participants’ involvement with the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes; any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Sweepstakes.
If Sponsor’s use of an entry causes Sponsor to be subject to a claim by any third party (including, but not limited to, a claim of infringement), such participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which the Released Parties (or any one of them) may incur as a result of the use of participants’ entry.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and is a California resident. Prize will only be awarded to the authorized account holder.
If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.
Sponsor in no way promotes illegal acts, and any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, including https://www.lagalaxy.com, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court, and not a jury, located in Los Angeles County, California, that is hereby agreed to have jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
WINNERS’ NAMES. For the names of the Winners (available after July 15, 2024), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Wingstop Fan Sweepstakes Series, Winners’ Names, c/o Anschutz L.A. Soccer, Inc., 18400 Avalon Blvd., Suite 200, Carson, CA 90746. Winners’ name requests must be received by October 15, 2024.
